About the Owners
The Jeon family have been in the restaurant business for over forty years and own multiple businesses across the state but they have made a home in East Lansing. Though the eldest daughter, Rebecca, and their son Michael, runs Sansu, Mr. and Mrs. Jeon remain highly active in the workings of the restaurant. To this day Mrs. Jeon works on the recipes for many of our dishes, sushi rice, and house-made sauces and Mr. Jeon dispenses advice gleaned from his tenure as a business owner. Sansu is and always has been a family business and that family extends from the Jeons to the entirety of our staff.
